Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that uses gentle muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body. It looks at how physical, nutritional, emotional and energetic factors may be affecting health and wellbeing, and uses a range of gentle techniques to help restore balance and support the body's natural healing processes.
-
Yes - kinesiology is inherently holistic health, considering body, emotion, energy, and environment. We work with the whole person and the body’s priorities to bring the being back into balance and allow healing to occur.
-
Absolutely. Kinesiology integrates well with counselling, psychology, physiotherapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, and medical care. Releasing stress from the body and allowing natural healing processes to occur supports other healing modalities which may be used. Many clients in Sunshine Coast (Eudlo) blend kinesiology, functional nutrition, and other alternative medicine supports for a truly holistic plan.
-
Clients often report feeling calmer and clearer, sleeping better, easing tension, and having more capacity to handle life—useful for burnout, low mood, and ongoing stress. Benefits are individual, but many leave sessions feeling lighter and more connected.
-
People of all ages who want a gentle, alternative yet practical path—especially those navigating burnout, stress, emotional lows (including depression), fertility journeys, or long-standing patterns. If you’re open to new perspectives and sustainable change, this work meets you where you are.
-
Functional nutrition looks at how food, rhythms, and lifestyle support your body’s function. I take a calm, commonsense approach—simple changes, label clarity, and sustainable habits—so nourishment complements your kinesiology care and broader alternative medicine support.
-
Yes—many clients seek support around fertility and pre-conception health. Sessions focus on reducing stress, improving coherence, and aligning nourishment and routines. This is complementary support and pairs well with medical or alternative medicine care.
-
Yes—burnout is one of the most common reasons people see me on the Sunshine Coast (Eudlo). Kinesiology helps regulate the nervous system and unwind stress patterns; nutrition adds steady energy and foundations so recovery is sustainable.
-
I can support people experiencing depression with gentle, non-invasive kinesiology to reduce stress load and improve emotional regulation, alongside nutrition that steadies mood and energy. My work is complementary and educational—it does not diagnose or replace medical care; please continue working with your GP or mental-health professional.
-
Sometimes the body carries the effects of past trauma or chronic stress long after the events have passed, and these experiences can play a role in the development or persistence of chronic health conditions. Kinesiology can assist with releasing these stresses from the body to allow it to function better to support healing. While I don’t treat or diagnose conditions, kinesiology and functional nutrition can complement your existing healthcare plan.
